Bedding-In
We request that you give your new REM-Fit mattress 30 nights to bed-in before you raise a return. This will give your body the right amounts of time to fully adjust
How to return?
How do I raise a return request? Simply email us at sales@rem-fit-accounts.co.uk or call 0121 3144264. Please notes, our live chat assistants cannot process return requests.

We donate our mattresses to the British Heart Foundation. In order for them to sell the mattress on through their network of UK based stores the mattress needs to be in a clean and usable condition.
