Ergoflex Tundra Protector Review

Using a mattress protector is like getting insurance for your car. It’s a wise choice but you should be really picky about the one you get. In this Ergoflex Tundra protector review, I am going to talk about this high-tech option that impressed me.

After reviewing the popular Ergoflex mattress, I was really keen to try their protector too. Ergoflex is a company that uses great materials to make its products and the Tundra protector is not an exception. Mine arrived about a month ago so let’s move now to the full review below.

Materials

The Ergoflex Tundra protector is made of the combination of Tencel with PCM micro-capsules which creates the Tundra fabric. PCM stands for ‘Phase Change Materials’. Tencel is an amazing material that has a lot of advantages. To begin with, it’s very breathable and naturally hypoallergenic. That means that anyone who suffers from allergies should consider getting this protector. Moreover, Tencel feels soft and looks very premium. The Tundra fabric has the ability to regulate the body’s heat in order to create a comfortable environment. In fact, it maintains a consistent temperature of 28 degrees which is great.

The Tundra protector provides total waterproof protection for your mattress so you don’t need to worry about accidents. It’s also machine washable at 60 degrees so it’s very easy to maintain. Overall, I think this is a very well-made protector and I personally loved it.

Trial Period & Delivery

All Ergoflex protectors come with Free Delivery regardless of the size you will order. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days depending on your postcode. In my case, it was 5 as I live in London. The protector came well packed and communication was good. The courier was polite and the whole process was very straightforward. When you buy an Ergoflex protector, you will get a guarantee against defects of workmanship or materials for a period of two years. This is great and it shows that they are very confident about their products. Unfortunately, there is no trial period available but you have the right to return it, providing you haven’t used it. The returns period is 14 days. Overall, they do well here so no complaints at all.

Pricing

The Ergoflex Tundra protector is available in 6 sizes so you will definitely find the one that suits your needs. Moreover, there are 2 EU sizes available which are great news for all of you who own IKEA mattresses. However, if you look for an affordable mattress protector, then this is not the one for you. The smaller size (Single) sells for £149 with the bigger (Super King) going for £199. The table below has pricing information for all available sizes.

SIZEPRICE
Single£149
Double£159
EU Double£159

EU King£179
Super King£199

Is the Ergoflex Tundra protector for me?

It’s time now to complete this Ergoflex Tundra protector review. I really loved what Ergoflex did here and this is an amazing product. The Tundra technology is top-notch and this is a protector that will satisfy even the more demanding sleepers. Having said that, it doesn’t come cheap so you should be prepared to spend big if you want this one. If you are ok with it and you are after quality then this should be very high on your list.
